Refund policy

As Ebooks cannot be returned we are unable to refund payments. By completing the purchase of an Ebook from Between the Lines Home Education, you waive your right to cancel. 

The only exception is if a technical issue resulted in the Ebook not being delivered or able to be opened. To request such a refund, you can contact us at info@charlottemason-homeed.co.uk.
